These nights run like a swim meeting. The programme is ready on arrival.
These nights are for fun and all swimmers are encouraged to have a go. They are run similarly to a real race meet so are good practice for school swimming sports.
Please ensure you are there by 6pm for warm up, races start at 6:15pm.
The aim of race night is to have fun and try and beat your own time not anybody else. Personal Bests are always celebrated!
